How will I know its time to select next month's cookies?
We will send you an email 3 days before your next order is shipped with a link & reminder to select new flavors. If you forget, don't worry - we will send you the same order as last month - we'll just change out any seasonal cookies.
What if I want to change the cookies in my next shipment?
You can absolutely do that! The best part about the VIP Cookie Club is that YOU are in control. You can swap flavors & change the cookies in your box at any time.
Can I change my ship date?
You sure can! Once you place your order, you'll be directed via email to sign up for a subscription account where you will get access to all of the tools needed to manage your deliveries.
Why do I have to sign up for 3 months?
Our VIP Cookie Club comes with a lot of perks, exclusive offers & freebies that as a small business - we just can't afford to offer everyone. If you would like to subscribe for monthly cookies & pay month-by-month. You can do so here, there just wont' be a discount.
What happens at the end of the 3 months, 6 months or 12 month subscription?
The subscription is set up to renew at the end of each term automatically but don't worry, we will send you an email before we charge your card - you can cancel the renewal or sign on for a longer subscription!
