Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. If you have an issue with an order that you would like to the bring to the attention of our team, please email help@idreamaboutcookies.com and we will do our best to make the situation right.

If a subscription order is placed by mistake & you would like to cancel it before the order ships, please contact us at help@idreamaboutcookies.com. We are unable to offer refunds for subscription orders that were placed by mistake & already shipped.

Refunds are not offered for recurring subscription purchases that were completed by mistake.
